I provide empirically-supported practices to increase your understanding of your current challenges and to create a plan to help you overcome them. I am interested in exploring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make up difficult emotional experiences, such as anxiety and depression. I then aim to teach you new, scientifically-proven ways to navigate those challenging emotions in order to live more fully and authentically.
My approach is collaborative and active with the intention of creating meaningful and lasting changes towards your goals. While I am an expert in cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavior change, you are the expert of your life and all of your experiences. I hope that our unique perspectives can come together to help you overcome your OCD and anxiety.

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) is an 8-week group treatment to increase your ability to observe thoughts and feelings. MBCT helps people shift from ‘reacting’ to their emotions to ‘responding’ to them mindfully:
MBCT classes meet once a week for 2.5 hours for 8-11 consecutive weeks
Group classes are primarily focused on active skills practice to work through discomfort in a supportive space
You will learn various practices to build the internal muscles that support mindful awareness, which is essential to the use of all other CBT skills
Group classes provide space for troubleshooting barriers that arise during your skills practice
I provide tools to implement between classes to help translate your practice to your life
Groups are ‘closed’ meaning that you must join for the first class of the cycle to begin MBCT
Our first group will begin on May 11, 2026 at 6:00 - 8:30 pm!
Group Cost: $650 (for 8 classes)
This group will be focused on adults with OCD or related intrusive thoughts

Keith Klein – CBT is a private-pay clinic meaning that I DO NOT accept insurance. Clients pay Keith Klein - CBT directly at the time of service.
Clients will often seek reimbursement from their insurance. All services are “out-of-network.” However, some insurance plans allow partial reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs (e.g., therapy sessions already paid for) even when the provider is out-of-network.
I accept all major credit cards, FSA (flexible spending account), and HSA (health savings account).
Superbills are automatically sent monthly during the first week of the month. Additional Superbills are available upon request
